Farm-fresh eggs, premium flour, cocoa powder, and a hint of sea salt to create a soft, moist choc sponge. Our Sea Salt Chocolate Fudge is blended with artisanal dark chocolate from Barry Callebaut, sugar, pink sea salt and mung bean flour to achieve a smooth, velvety texture with savoury feel.
